the potential down time over the course of a year, then networking

is why as part of our IP-VANTAGE Support services, we have devised
a planned Network Health Check to help you and your customers highlight
the potential areas of concern quickly and effectively, without
disrupting the dayto-day running of the business.
Our
Senior Technical Support Specialist will attend site for an initial
meeting to discuss the current perceived state of the network and
performance expectations with the relevant personnel. They will
also talk in depth about what the company wishes to achieve and
what will be required from the network in the future. This detailed
brief will allow our Specialist to then monitor the state of the
network and look at areas of specific concern, before finally spending
time completing a full in-depth report to be delivered and talked
through in person, either within the IT department or if specifically
requested directly to the department heads or board of directors.
These independent findings can then be used to build a strategic
plan for the immediate fix of any critical issues and to highlight
areas that may need attention as the network grows.

an incentive IP-VANTAGE are offering a one day network health check
to all existing maintenance customers who currently have a contract
exceeding £5,000. Alternatively this health check can be purchased
separately and is listed as an equivalent band 'E' install. A
standard two-day comprehensive health check is also available as
a band 'F' equivalent product.
